By creating an account or using our app, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Matchimony does not perform the marriage ceremonies; we are a platform that facilitates the connection between the couple (two people) and a licensed Officiant.

2. You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to get married in your location. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account regarding your name and age.

3. You agree to provide your officiant with your marriage license before the ceremony. It is your responsibility to obtain and share all necessary legal documentation required by your local jurisdiction. Matchimony and/or Officiants are not responsible for verifying the validity of your wedding license or for the legal recognition of your ceremony.

4. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You agree not to share your login information or allow anyone to impersonate you on this app.

5. We provide licensed Officiants in real time. However, we do not guarantee availability, punctuality, or the legal performance of any ceremony.

6. Fees may apply when booking Officiants. You’ll see any costs clearly before confirming. Refunds or cancellations are subject to the Officiant’s terms.

7. Officiants are not employees of Matchimony; they are independent professionals. We do not take responsibility for the conduct, quality, or legality of their services.

8. You agree not to misuse the app, harass other users, or post anything harmful, illegal, or offensive. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms.

9. If you upload a photo or other content, you keep ownership, but you allow us to display it in the app if necessary (such as in couple profiles).

10. Matchimony is not responsible for lost bookings, missed appointments, or disputes between users and Officiants.
